MOT Booking Guide

1. Choose how to book
   • You can book your MOT online or by phone.
2. Select a date
   • Choose a date that suits you from the calendar.
3. Select a time
   • Available slots are shown in green.
   • Unavailable slots are shown in red.
   • Select a green slot to proceed.
4. Enter your details:
   • Full name
   • Mobile number
   • Vehicle registration
5. Confirm your booking
   • Review your details and submit your booking.
   • You will receive confirmation on your mobile
6. Book by phone
   • Call 0121 554 4396.
   • Press option 1.
   • Provide your details to our team.
   • We will check availability and confirm your booking.
7. Arrival on the day
   • Arrive on time for your appointment.

Please note
If a test before your appointment runs late, your booking may be delayed. We will aim to keep any waiting time as short as possible.

1. Retest policy
   
   • If your vehicle fails its MOT, you are eligible for a free retest.
   • The retest must be completed within 10 working days.
